Welcome to our "traveler's secret"!
In 2020 I fell in love with this house and its surroundings in Riccio near Ortona. And then I bought the villa with the large pool and garden in 2021 and started renovating everything. Since then, with great joy and dedication, I have renovated and refurbished all the apartments, and then completely redesigned the outdoor area and pool in 2024. The cooperation with my very committed neighbor, who takes care of the management, resulted in the three apartments "ROMA", "BERLINO" and "KIEV" as well as the name and logo for the entire property. Il Segreto Dei Viaggiatori: Roma, Berlino, Kiev
The villa consists of the three holiday apartments ROMA, BERLINO and KIEV. In addition, there is the attic on the top floor, which I live in with my family when I am in Riccio.
All apartments have a kitchen with a refrigerator and stove, ROMA is also equipped with a dishwasher. A washing machine is available for use in the basement, and a movable Weber kettle grill can also be used. All apartments are professionally cleaned before and after your stay, bed linen and hand and bath towels are available free of charge and are cleaned by a laundry service.
The large pool and outdoor area was completely redesigned in 2024. Among other things, hydromassage jets and LED lights were installed, an attractive outdoor shower and seating and lounging options around the pool were built. The garden was redesigned and trees and flowers invite you to relax. You can play on the lawn. Bicycles can be rented in the neighboring towns and safely stored in the large garage in the house - and repaired and maintained if necessary.
